I understand that not all locomotives must be accepted for DCC work, and that manufacturer's warrantee issues, if any arise, are to be taken up with manufacturer, and there is a $15.00 + return shipping fee to be prepaid if I cancel the order. Return shipping is to be prepaid if locomotive is refused by Eddystone.
