You may order Bowser locomotives at four levels of completion, and certain options are offered. Choose what you want and forward the form along with a 25 % deposit. Your work will be scheduled upon receipt of deposit. You will be notified two about two weeks before your job is begun, the balance is due at that time.

IF YOU WANT A FINISHED MODEL SUPERDETAILED TO YOUR SPECIFICATION, SUCH AS A USRA 2-8-2 for SEABOARD AIR LINE , IT IS A "ONE - OFF" MODEL. FINISH WORK: If you order a TYPE 1, (running mechanism, balance of kit built by you), the frame, pilot and (on the switchers the crosshead guide yokes ,) and the cylinders are chemically blackened so that you do not have to disassemble, paint and restore to working order the mechanism. There is no surcharge for this.

All other products, (TYPEs 2, 3 and 4) come in graphite and Brunswick Green (PRR) or graphite and black (NYC, USRAs and Harrimans).
Locomotives are decaled to correspond with their overall appearance-pre or post war-using photographs as basis for numbering. You may find those numbers on locomotive's who's appearance varies from your model as steam locomotive numbering can vary, and appearance did vary over time.

Light weathering is an extra, optional work item.
